- This limited free gift offer (“Offer”) is being run by Philips Electronics UK Limited, Philips Centre, Guildford Business Park, Guildford, Surrey GU2 8XH (Company number: 446897) (“Philips”).
- The Offer is open only to persons of 18 years or over at the time of entry who are resident in the UK (“you”).
- By participating in this Offer you are deemed to have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
- To enter, purchase a Philips Pressurised Steam Generator iron (Models: GC7320/02, GC8220, GC8325/22, or GC8460/02) from participating Comet stores and at Comet.co.uk after 20 May 2010 and send with your original proof of purchase to Philips UK, c/o Flostream Ltd, Springheath House, Kelpatrick Road, Slough, Berks, SL1 6BW, together with your full name and address and contact telephone number (for delivery purposes) by 14th June, 2010.
- The first 50 entries received will be eligible to receive a Brabantia Ironing Board designed for Steam Generator systems (“Free Gift”). Incomplete and illegible entries shall be subject to disqualification.
- Only one entry per qualifying purchase is permitted.
- Philips reserve the right to disqualify or reject any entry believed to be in conflict with the promotion or not made in good faith or on other reasonable grounds.
- Free Gifts will be posted within 28 days of the 50th successful entry being received.
- Philips reserves the right to substitute the Free Gift with an alternative of equal value.
- No cash alternative will be offered and no correspondence will be entered into.
- Philips shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform due to any event beyond its control. Proof of posting will not be proof of delivery.
- Philips may cancel or amend the terms of this promotion at any time by publishing notice of the relevant details.
