Terms and Conditions

1. The promoter of this prize draw is Philips Electronics UK Limited of Philips Centre, Guildford Business Park, Guildford, Surrey GU2 8XH (“Philips”).
2. Entry to the prize draw is open only to persons of 18 years or over at the time of entry who are resident in the UK but excluding employees of Philips, their families and anyone professionally connected to the promotion.
3. By entering the prize draw you agree to be bound by these prize draw terms and conditions.
4. To enter register your details at www.ironoffer.co.uk before 11:59pm on 10th December, 2009. Entries made after this date will not be eligible for entry into this prize draw.
5. Only one entry per person is permitted.
6. Philips reserve the right to disqualify or reject entries believed to be in conflict with this promotion or made in bad faith or on other reasonable grounds.
7. There is one prize of a £500 voucher for Debenhams, valid within the UK. There will be one winner drawn.
8. No cash alternative is available.
9. The prize draw will be conducted on or around 14th December, 2009. The winner shall be drawn at random from all entries received by 10th December, 2009. The prize draw will be conducted in accordance with the laws of chance and will be independently supervised. Non-conforming entries drawn in prize winning positions shall be disqualified and shall not be awarded prizes.
10. Notification shall be sent to the winner by email on 16th December, 2009 and such notification shall set out the procedure for claiming the prize.
11. The prize must be claimed within six weeks of the date of notification. All rights to the prize not claimed within this period shall be lost and thereafter shall not be effective to claim the prize. The prize winner may be required to verify their identity.
12. The prize winner may be required to participate in publicity without additional compensation; however reasonable expenses will be paid for, provided the prior written consent of Philips is obtained.
13. The name of the prize winner shall be made available to entrants upon receipt of a written request enclosing a stamped self-addressed envelope to: Philips Electronics UK Ltd, Garment Care Marketing Manager, Philips Centre, Guildford Business Park, Guildford, Surrey, GU2 8XH.
14. No correspondence, except for prize notification, shall be entered into.
15. Philips may cancel or amend the terms of this prize draw and promotion at any time by publishing notice of the relevant details at www.ironoffer.co.uk
16. Philips shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform due to any event beyond our control.
17. You may not transfer or otherwise deal with any of your rights or obligations acquired under or in connection with these terms.
18. These terms and conditions will be interpreted in accordance with the laws of England.
19. The personal data you have supplied to the Philips during the registration process will be used for administering this prize draw.
